About us

Sarah is CIPD qualified and works at a senior level with organisations from start-ups to larger SMEs, providing strategic direction in People Operations.

Her significant experience comes from managing key projects for a variety of clients both in the UK and internationally. Whether designing and implementing employment contracts (written T&Cs now need to be provided to all workers from day one), creating a new staff handbook or working with her clients on a complex redundancy situation, it’s likely that Sarah’s done it before!

Using strong commercial acumen combined with a professional yet personable approach, Sarah’s background is in providing high quality HR support. Enthusiastic, organised and with a proven ability to achieve results, she’s skilled at translating business strategy into workable solutions and driving high performance.

What locations do you operate in?

Whilst based in Gloucestershire, we are able to employ a mix of approaches depending on your location such as on-site and off-site meetings, video/phone calls, email etc. We are able to operate both remotely and on-site depending on your needs and will be happy to discuss solutions regardless of your location.

What are your business hours?

We operate between standard office hours Monday to Friday, with flexibility at the heart of everything we do. Availability will depend on the nature of the assignment and case load. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we would be more than happy to help.
