FAQs

What locations do you operate in?

Whilst based in Gloucestershire, we will tailor our approach to suit your needs.  This could include on-site meetings, working entirely remotely or a hybrid arrangement. We are more than happy to discuss solutions regardless of your location.

What are your business hours?

It is without doubt that since 2020 we have seen a shift in working preferences, and flexibility is at the heart of everything we do.  This means at S. Wilkinson HR Consulting we work the hours we need to work with our current commitments whilst promoting a healthy work/life balance.  This may mean correspondence is outside of the previous 'conventional' office hours, but there is never an expectation for people to be available outside of their normal working hours.  Availability will depend on the nature of the assignment and our current workload, particularly with our retainer clients. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we would be more than happy to help.
